Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Code Workshops ($500)

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Credits: Instead of a refund, you may request a credit to apply toward a future workshop or private lesson.
• No Refunds: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, but you may request a credit for a future service.

If CodeJourney must cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered either a full refund or a credit to use toward a future workshop or private lesson at no additional cost.

2. Private Lessons ($100/hr)

• Rescheduling / Refunds: Private lessons may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or lesson credit.
• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, are non-refundable, but a credit may be offered at our discretion for use toward another private lesson or workshop.

3. Refunds & Credits

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Credits may be applied toward future workshops or private lessons and must be used within 6 months of issue.
